What it is

For Physician is a platform for physicians, available as iOS, Android and web apps. A physician describes a clinical case, gets a preliminary assessment from an AI assistant and can escalate the case to a specialist.

The product is built by the For Physician team in Istanbul. I joined in January 2026 as a backend engineer and work remotely on the clinical case workflow, the AI assistant features, the account lifecycle flows and the automated tests.

My part

  • Software Engineer since January 2026, working remotely with the team in Istanbul.
  • Backend engineer on the clinical case workflow between physicians and specialists.
  • Work on the AI assistant features and the account lifecycle flows.
  • Maintain the automated test suites, database migrations and localization.
